No Youth deserves to be alone
Every youth in this world struggles with mental health. But no youth deserves to struggle alone. Despite this, according with the World Health Organization, suicide continues to be the third leading cause of death amongst 15–29-year-olds internationally. This is why we stepped up. To help our youth who are struggling to not give up. We believe in creating a real world solution to help those in need. Luminwell provides youth with the ability to be connected with an individual who may understand what it is like to be in their shoes. Because no youth deserves to struggle alone. We are here to make that difference together.
The Luminwell Foundation is committed to improving youth mental health outcomes worldwide through innovation, advocacy, education, and accessible support services. Through its initiatives, including a peer support platform (coming soon), the foundation connects individuals facing mental health challenges with those who have relevant lived experience. Luminwell works to reduce barriers to care, shorten wait times, expand access to support, and create more meaningful mental health resources for young people globally.
Peer to Peer Support Application (coming soon)
Luminwell has partnered with an organization to create a peer-to-peer mental health support platform that matches people experiencing mental health concerns with peer counsellors who have relevant lived experience. The platform aims to reduce wait times, lower costs, and improve the quality of connection. Expected launch is in September 2027
